• Master Artists Rate: From ₱10,000 to ₱5,000 per year

• Senior & Junior Artist Rate: From ₱5,000 to ₱2,500 per year

 Terms and Conditions:

1.  Eligibility: The 50% OFF rate applies strictly to Permanent Makeup procedures listed in this promo. Only clients who had their original Permanent Makeup done at Prettylooks are eligible. Clients must purchase a voucher before the procedure. Promo is not available for walk-ins; vouchers must be pre-purchased before booking an appointment.

2. Appointment Booking: Vouchers must be redeemed by appointment at least 3 days in advance, subject to artist availability.

3. Schedule & Punctuality: The clinic reserves the right to decline clients if:

• The schedule is fully booked

• The client is late for the appointment

• The client has no prior booking

• The client fails to present a voucher or confirmation number

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations:

• After two (2) canceled appointments, a ₱1,000 penalty will apply for rescheduling.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment, or the voucher will be forfeited.

5. Retouch Sessions:

• If you miss your retouch for 1 year, 1 voucher is required.

• If you miss your retouch for 2 consecutive years, 2 vouchers are required, and so on.

• Future retouch sessions will be charged ₱5,000 per year/session (subject to change without prior notice).

6. Original Artist Rate Policy: Retouches must be done by the same artist category (Junior, Senior, or Master) as your original procedure.
🔸 Upgrading to a different artist rate is NOT allowed.
🔸 You cannot change to a different procedure during your retouch session—only a retouch of the original procedure is allowed.
🔸 Regular rates apply if you wish to upgrade or switch to a different procedure.
🔸 Example: If your original procedure was done by a Senior Artist, you may only book your retouch with a Senior Artist—not a Master Artist or Junior Artist.

7. Voucher Usage:

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not convertible to cash, discounts, products, or other services.

• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promos.

• Vouchers are only valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

8. Branch-Specific:

• Vouchers are valid only at the branch where they were purchased and cannot be transferred to another branch.

• Valid for 3 months only from the date of purchase. No extensions unless approved by Management. Unused vouchers will be forfeited.

9. Adjustment Sessions:

• Adjustments may be done at least 6 weeks after the initial treatment based on the assessment of the artist.

• Strictly by schedule.

10. Treatment Decline Policy: The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if the client:

• Is pregnant

• Has active acne, irritation, swelling, or wounds in the treatment area

• Has Psoriasis or Skin Asthma

• Has pre-existing medical conditions

• Has a previous eyebrow tattoo that requires additional reconstruction (additional fees may apply)

11. Results Variation:

• Results depend on skin condition, metabolism, and type.

• At least 2-3 sessions are recommended for best results.

• All services rendered are strictly non-refundable.

12. Promo Inclusion:

• This promo covers only one (1) session.

• Future retouches require additional vouchers based on the number of years missed.

13. No Refund Policy:

• All vouchers and services are strictly non-refundable.

14. Promo Exclusivity:

• Clients who had a touch-up at another clinic are not eligible.

• This promo is exclusive to existing and previous Prettylooks clients.
