For clients with previous tattoos, there will be a Tattoo Reconstruction Fee starting at Php 5,000. This fee covers the added effort required to ensure great results when working over existing tattoos. The final fee may vary depending on the complexity and size of the existing tattoo.

If you book your follow up session in other branches, please settle interbranch fee and retouch fee.

Note: After the inclusive session, retouch fee applies.


**Effective February 15,2024 the following Permanent Makeup Procedures retouch rates and policy :**

1. **Package Inclusions:** Each procedure package includes two sessions. The second session must be completed within the one-year redemption period.

2. **Retouch Fee:** For any sessions beyond the initial two included in the package, the following retouch fees will apply:
- Junior and Senior Artists: ₱5,000 per year per session
- Master Artist: ₱10,000 per year per session

3. **Accumulated Fee:** If you are unable to return for a retouch within a year, an accumulated fee of ₱5,000 or ₱10,000 per year, depending on the artist level, will be charged.

4. **After 5 Years:** If you go without a retouch for 5 years, the service will be considered new and charged at the current rate.

5. **Rate Change Disclaimer:** Please note that the retouch fee is subject to change without prior notice.

6. **Cross-Clinic Retouch Policy:** Clients who received their touch-up at a different clinic will not be eligible for a retouch with us. In such cases, the procedure will be considered new and will incur an additional repair fee.

What to expect

Day 1: Eyebrows will be dark.

Day 2-3: Color will be very dark and shape may seem uneven. One side may look longer and darker than the other, but nothing to worry about. The ink had dried up and will peel off.

Day 4-7: Color pigmentation will peel off. You may feel an itching sensation on your brow area which is normal. Please do not use hands to peel it off, let it peel off naturally. After it peels off, color on the brows may seem uneven. Please wait 7-14 days for full color to develop. Itching and flaking may develop during the first seven days post eyebrow procedure. These symptoms are normal and may quickly disappear by following do's and dont's.

After 6 weeks: Do a touch up treatment as needed by schedule. More treatments might be needed for clients with acne, enlarged pores, oily skin, too thick or thin skin and those who use a lot of whitening skin care products.

•Result may vary depending on one's skin type and skin regimen. Rest assured it is normal to have an adjustment session to achieve desired result.

Care information

Do's:

•After the treatment, gently apply small amount of antibacterial ointment for 2 days, 2x a day (Morning & Evening). For swelling or redness, take antihistamine tablet for 2-3days, 1 tablet 2x a day

Dont's:

•Do not wet/wash the area for 24hrs.

•Avoid picking, peeling, or scratching of the eyebrow area in order to avoid scarring and removal of the pigment. Avoid applying toner, whitening creams, and soap directly to your eyebrows.

•No swimming for 1 week.

•No laser or chemical treatments or peelings, and/or any creams containing Retin-A or Glycolic acid on the face or neck

Deposit Requirement and Cancellation Policy

At Prettylooks Aesthetic Center we strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. To ensure efficiency and fairness, we have implemented the following cancellation policy and deposit requirement:

1. Deposit to Secure Appointment:
- A refundable deposit of ₱1,000 is required to secure your appointment.
- You will be contacted by your preferred branch with the bank details for making the deposit.
- To reserve your slot, please send a copy of your deposit slip as confirmation.
- This deposit will be credited towards the cost of your service on the day of your appointment or will be returned in cash after your schedule.
-In the event that you are unable to comply with your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us within the specified cancellation period, the deposit will be forfeited.

2. Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance within the clinic hours 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, we will do our best to fill your appointment slot. However, if we are unable to do so, your deposit will be forfeited.

3. Forfeiture of Deposit:
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment twice, regardless of the notice period, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Please understand that when we reserve an appointment for you, we decline other clients for that time slot. If you do not appear for your scheduled appointment, it results in a loss of business for us.
- This policy is in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients efficiently and fairly, and to minimize the impact of lost opportunities to serve other clients.

4. Late Arrivals:
- We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to limit the number of procedures or reschedule your service.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. No-Shows:
- Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

6. Redeeming Your Deposit:
- Upon arrival for your scheduled service, the ₱1,000 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service or refunded to you after the service has been rendered.
