TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 50% OFF rate is strictly applied on any Permanent Make Up procedure indicated on this voucher. See list for promo rates. Vouchers must be purchased before the procedure. The promo is not available for walk-ins, Vouchers should be pre-purchased prior appointment booking.

2. Vouchers may only be redeemed by appointment made at least 3 days from the desired date depending on the availability of the timeslot preferred. 

3. The clinic reserves the right to decline any client if the schedule is FULLY BOOKED, client is LATE ON scheduled appointment, client has no scheduled appointment, and no confirmation number/voucher was presented.

4. Rescheduling of appointments after two canceled appointments shall incur a penalty of 1,000 pesos. Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours from the dated appointment or shall render voucher forfeited.

5. This voucher is inclusive of 2 sessions of the procedure indicated on this voucher only with any Senior Artist. Second session must be done within the redemption period.
