Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility: The 42% OFF rate is strictly applied to any Permanent Makeup procedure indicated on this voucher. Only clients who had their Permanent Makeup done at Prettylooks Aesthetic Center are eligible. See the list for promo rates. Vouchers must be purchased before the procedure. The promo is not available for walk-ins; vouchers should be pre-purchased prior to appointment booking.
2. Appointment Booking: Vouchers may only be redeemed by appointment made at least 3 days from the desired date, depending on the availability of the preferred timeslot.
3. Schedule and Punctuality: The clinic reserves the right to decline any client if the schedule is fully booked, the client is late for the scheduled appointment, the client has no scheduled appointment, or no confirmation number/voucher was presented.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Rescheduling of appointments after two canceled appointments shall incur a penalty of 1,000 pesos. Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment date or the voucher shall be forfeited.
5. Retouch Sessions: If you miss your retouch for 1 year, 1 voucher will be required; if you miss your retouch for 2 consecutive years, 2 vouchers will be required, and so on. After 5 years of no retouch, it will be considered a new procedure with a new rate. Succeeding sessions thereafter shall be subject to a retouch fee of 5,000 pesos per year/session. The retouch fee is subject to change without prior notice.
6. Original Artist Rate: You can only get a retouch from your original artist rate, either Junior, Senior, or Master Artist. Upgrading to a different artist rate or procedure is not possible.
7. Voucher Usage: Vouchers are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, discounts, products, or other services. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promos.
8. Branch-Specific: Vouchers are non-transferable to other branches. Clients may only redeem and book their sessions at the branch where they purchased the voucher. Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. No extensions may be granted unless approved by Management. Unused vouchers shall be forfeited and are strictly non-refundable.
9. Adjustment Sessions: The adjustment session may be done depending on assessment after development, not less than 6 weeks from the initial treatment. Strictly by schedule.
10. Treatment Decline: The clinic has the right to decline treatment to clients who are pregnant, with active acne, irritation, swelling, and fresh wounds on the treatment area, clients with Psoriasis and Skin Asthma, without a scheduled appointment, or with pre-existing medical conditions.
11. Results Variation: Results may vary depending on the client’s skin condition, skin metabolism, and skin type. Services rendered are strictly non-refundable. It is highly recommended to have at least 2-3 sessions for best results.
12. Previous Eyebrow Tattoos: For clients with previously done eyebrow tattoos, the clinic reserves the right to decline or charge an additional fee for reconstruction.
13. Promo Inclusion: This promo is inclusive of only 1 session. The retouch fee is charged per year. If you miss your retouch for 1 year, 1 voucher will be required; if you miss your retouch for 2 consecutive years, 2 vouchers will be required, and so on.
14. No Refund: All vouchers and services are strictly non-refundable.
15. Promo Exclusivity: Clients who had their touch-up in a different clinic are not included in this promo. The promo is only for existing or previous Prettylooks clients. Your file will be verified by your branch after payment to ensure that you are a previous client. Feel free to contact your preferred branch directly to verify your retouch fee before making a purchase.
