TERMS AND CONDITIONS — PERMANENT MAKEUP

Voucher Discount:
This 50% OFF discount is applicable exclusively to Permanent Makeup procedures at the Senior Artist rate specified on the voucher. Clients are advised to consult the current promo rate list for further information. Vouchers must be purchased in advance and are not valid for walk-in transactions.

Appointment Requirement:
Vouchers may only be redeemed by scheduling an appointment at least 3 days in advance, subject to the availability of the preferred time slot.

Booking and Confirmation:
The clinic reserves the right to decline clients if the schedule is fully booked, if the client is late for their scheduled appointment, if the client has no scheduled appointment, or if no confirmation number/voucher is presented.

Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling after two canceled appointments will incur a penalty of ₱1,000. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment date, or the voucher will be forfeited.

Retouch Policy:
This voucher includes two sessions with any Senior Artist. Succeeding retouches will incur a fee of ₱5,000 per year/session. If a yearly retouch is missed, the fee will accumulate. After 5 years without a retouch, the procedure will be considered a new treatment. Retouch rates may change based on the published rates for permanent makeup, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Clients who had a touch-up at another clinic will be required to undergo a new procedure at Prettylooks with an additional repair fee.

Voucher Validity:
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted unless approved by management. Unused vouchers will be forfeited and are strictly non-refundable.

Voucher Transfer and Usage:
Vouchers can be transferred to another person but cannot be shared, converted to cash, discounts, products, or other services. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promos.

Branch-Specific Redemption:
Vouchers are non-transferable to other branches. Clients may only redeem and book their sessions at the branch where the voucher was purchased.

Adjustment Session:
The adjustment session may be scheduled based on an assessment after treatment, but not sooner than 6 weeks from the initial procedure. Strictly by appointment.

Treatment Exclusions:
The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment to clients who are pregnant, with active acne, irritation, swelling, or fresh wounds in the treatment area, clients with Psoriasis, Skin Asthma, or pre-existing medical conditions.

Results and Refund Policy:
Results vary based on the client’s skin condition, metabolism, and skin type. Services rendered are strictly non-refundable. For optimal results, it is highly recommended to undergo at least 2–3 sessions. All services and vouchers purchased are strictly non-refundable, and the purchase is considered final. Once processed, vouchers cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. Clients are advised to ensure their commitment to the service prior to purchasing.

Previous Procedures:
For clients with previously done eyebrow tattoos, the clinic reserves the right to decline or charge an additional fee for reconstruction.

Discount Offer:
The discount applies strictly to selected Facial Glow procedures, as indicated in this voucher. This voucher is not available for walk-ins; it must be pre-purchased prior to booking an appointment.
