TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Buy 1 Get 1 for any Permanent Make Up procedure indicated on this voucher. To avail the promo, price rate of the procedure availed should be greater than or equal to the rate of your chosen 1 Free Permanent Makeup procedure. Vouchers must be purchased before procedure and may be scheduled for the redemption period stated. The promo is not available for walk-ins, vouchers should be pre-purchased prior appointment booking.

2. Vouchers may only be redeemed by appointment made at least 3 days from the desired date depending on the availability of the timeslot preferred.

3. The clinic reserves the right to decline any client if the schedule is FULLY BOOKED, client is LATE ON scheduled appointment, client has no scheduled appointment, and no confirmation number/voucher was presented.

4. Rescheduling of appointments after two canceled appointments shall incur a penalty of 1,000 pesos. Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours from the dated appointment or shall render voucher forfeited.

5. This voucher is inclusive of 2 sessions of the procedure indicated on this voucher only with any Senior Artist. Second session must be done within the redemption period. Succeeding sessions thereafter shall be subject to a retouch fee of 5 ,000 pesos per year/session. If you are unable to come back yearly, an accumulated fee of 5,000 per year will be charged. After 5 years of no retouch considered a new rate. Retouch fee is subject to change without prior notice. Clients who had their touch up in a different clinic will not be entitled for a retouch with us. This will be considered as a new procedure with repair fee.

6. Vouchers can be shared with another person, can be transferable to another person, but not convertible to cash, discounts, products or other services. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promos. Sessions may not be shared or transferred to another person.

7. Vouchers are non transferable to other branches. Clients may only redeem and book their sessions from the branch purchased, Valid for 7 months from date of purchase. No extensions may be granted, otherwise approved by the Management. UNUSED VOUCHERS shall be FORFEITED AND ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE

8. The adjustment session may be done depending on assessment after development not less than 6 weeks from initial treatment. Strictly by schedule.

9. The clinic has the right to DECLINE TREATMENT to clients who are PREGNANT by 7-9 months, with active acne, irritation, swelling and fresh wound on treatment area, clients with Psoriasis and Skin Asthma, WITHOUT scheduled APPOINTMENT, or with PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS.

10. Results may vary depending on the client’s skin condition, skin metabolism and skin type. Services rendered are strictly non-refundable. Highly recommended for best results at least 2-3 sessions.

11. For clients with previously done eyebrow tattoos, the clinic reserves the right to decline or to charge additional fee for reconstruction. Additional repair fee starts at Php5,000 or above, depending upon assessment.
