Terms and Conditions – Permanent Makeup

1. Voucher Discount: The 50% OFF rate applies strictly to any Permanent Makeup procedure for Senior Artists Rate indicated on this voucher. Please refer to the list for promo rates. Vouchers must be purchased prior to the procedure. The promo is not available for walk-ins; vouchers must be pre-purchased before booking an appointment.

2. Appointment Requirement: Vouchers may only be redeemed by scheduling an appointment at least 3 days in advance, subject to availability.

3. Booking and Confirmation: The clinic reserves the right to decline clients if the schedule is fully booked, if the client is late, has no appointment, or no voucher/confirmation is presented.

4. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling after two canceled appointments will incur a ₱1,000 penalty. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the voucher will be forfeited.

5. Retouch Policy: Voucher includes 1 complimentary retouch session with a Senior Artist. Succeeding retouches: ₱5,000 per year/session. Missed yearly retouches will accumulate. After 5 years without a retouch, the procedure is considered a new treatment. Rates may change based on published prices. Clients who had touch-ups at another clinic must undergo a new procedure with an additional repair fee.

6. Voucher Validity: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Strictly non-refundable.

7. Voucher Transfer & Usage: Transferable to another person but cannot be shared, converted to cash, discounts, products, or other services. Cannot be combined with other promos.

8. Branch-Specific Redemption: Valid only at the branch where purchased.

9. Adjustment Session: May be scheduled upon assessment but not sooner than 6 weeks after the initial procedure.

10. Treatment Exclusions: Not applicable to clients who are pregnant, have active acne, irritation, swelling, fresh wounds, Psoriasis, Skin Asthma, or pre-existing conditions.

11. Results & Refund Policy: Results vary based on skin condition, metabolism, and skin type. 2–3 sessions are recommended for best results. All purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.

12. Previous Procedures: Clients with existing eyebrow tattoos may be declined or charged an additional fee for reconstruction.
