Terms and Conditions – Non-Surgical Treatments

1. Discount Offer: The 50% OFF discount applies strictly to selected non-surgical face enhancement procedures, as indicated in this voucher. This voucher is not available for walk-ins; it must be pre-purchased prior to booking an appointment.

2. Appointment Requirement: Vouchers may only be redeemed by scheduling an appointment at least 3 days in advance, subject to availability.

3. Booking and Confirmation: No voucher = no appointment. Late arrivals or walk-ins will not be accommodated.

4. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling after two canceled appointments will incur a ₱1,000 penalty. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment, or the voucher will be forfeited.

5. Session Inclusion: Voucher is inclusive of one session only. Additional sessions = regular rate.

6. Voucher Transfer & Usage: Transferable to another person, but cannot be shared, converted to cash, discounts, products, or other services. Cannot be used with other promos.

7. Branch-Specific Redemption: Voucher is valid only at the branch where purchased.

8. Voucher Validity: Valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Strictly non-refundable.

9. Adjustment Session: May be scheduled 4 weeks after initial treatment (upon assessment).

10. Treatment Exclusions: Clinic may decline treatment for pregnant clients, those with active acne, irritation, swelling, fresh wounds, Psoriasis, Skin Asthma, or prior fillers/rhinoplasty.

11. Results & Refund Policy: Results vary per individual. Multiple sessions may be required. All purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.
