1. Discount Offer: 50% OFF discount is strictly applied on selected IV SUPREME DRIPS TREATMENTS/PROCEDURES, whichever is indicated in this voucher. See list for promo rates. The voucher is not available for walk-ins. The promo voucher should be pre-purchased prior to booking.

2. Appointment Requirement: Vouchers may only be redeemed by appointment made at least 3 days from the desired date depending on the availability of the timeslot preferred. 

3. Booking and Confirmation: The clinic reserves the right to decline any client if the schedule is FULLY BOOKED, client is LATE ON scheduled appointment, client has no scheduled appointment, and no confirmation number/voucher was presented.

4. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling of appointments after two canceled appointments shall incur a penalty of 1,000 pesos. Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours from the dated appointment or shall render voucher forfeited.

5. Session Inclusion: This voucher is inclusive of 1 session of whichever is indicated in this voucher. See list for promo rates. Every session thereafter shall be subject to regular rate.

6. Voucher Transfer and Usage: Vouchers can be transferable to another person, but not to be shared, not convertible to cash, discounts, products or other services. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promos Vouchers are non transferable to other branches. 

7. Voucher Validity: Clients may only redeem and book their sessions from the branch purchased, Valid for 6 months from date of purchase. No extensions may be granted, otherwise approved by the Management. UNUSED VOUCHERS shall be FORFEITED AND ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Strictly by schedule.

8. Adjustment Session: It is highly recommended to do regular sessions for maintenance and to maximize the health benefits of the procedure. 

9. Treatment Exclusions: The clinic has the right to DECLINE TREATMENT to clients who are PREGNANT by 7-9 months, Drip treatments are not recommended for individuals who are currently breastfeeding. with active acne, irritation, swelling and fresh wound on treatment area, clients with Psoriasis and Skin Asthma, clients who have had previous nose fillers and rhinoplasty, WITHOUT scheduled APPOINTMENT, or with PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS. 

10. Results and Refund Policy: All services and vouchers purchased are strictly non-refundable, and the purchase is considered final. Once processed, vouchers cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. Clients are advised to ensure their commitment to the service prior to purchasing.
