2. Appointment Requirement: Schedule at least 3 days in advance, subject to slot availability.
3. Booking & Confirmation: Prettylooks may decline service if fully booked, the client is late, has no appointment, or does not present a valid voucher/confirmation number.
4. Rescheduling Policy: After two canceled appointments, a ₱1,000 penalty applies. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment or the voucher will be forfeited.
5. Retouch Policy:
• Includes 1 complimentary retouch within 1 year of the first procedure, done by any available Senior Artist as needed.
• Additional retouches: ₱5,000/session/year. Missed annual retouches accumulate charges. After 5 years without retouch, procedure is considered new and charged at regular rates.
• Retouch policy is separate from voucher validity.
• Rates may change without prior notice. Previous work done elsewhere may require a new procedure and possible correction fee.
6. Branch-Specific Redemption: Redeem only at the branch where the voucher was purchased.
7. Adjustment Session: May be scheduled after evaluation, minimum 6 weeks after the initial procedure. By appointment only.
8. Treatment Exclusions: No treatment for clients who are pregnant, have active acne, irritation, swelling, fresh wounds, Psoriasis, Skin Asthma, or other disqualifying medical conditions.
9. Results & Refund Policy: Results vary depending on skin condition, metabolism, and skin type. Non-refundable. Recommended 2–3 sessions for best results.
10. Previous Procedures: Clients with prior eyebrow tattoos may be declined or charged a reconstruction fee.
