Terms and Conditions:

1. Discount Offer: Perfect Pair ( Combo treatments for TWO), as indicated in this voucher. See the list for promo rates. This voucher is not available for walk-ins; it must be pre-purchased prior to booking an appointment.

2. ​​​​Usage Policy: The combo package may be used by different individuals, but only one procedure per person per voucher. Sessions cannot be split between different individuals.

3. Appointment Requirement: Vouchers may only be redeemed by scheduling an appointment at least 3 days in advance, subject to the availability of the preferred time slot.

4. Booking and Confirmation: The clinic reserves the right to decline clients if the schedule is fully booked, the client is late for their scheduled appointment, the client has no scheduled appointment, or no confirmation number/voucher is presented.

5. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling after two canceled appointments will incur a penalty of ₱1,000. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment date, or the voucher will be forfeited.

6. Session Inclusion: This voucher is inclusive of one session for the procedure indicated in the voucher. Each session thereafter will be charged at the regular rate.

7. Voucher Transfer and Usage: Vouchers can be transferred to another person but cannot be shared, converted to cash, discounts, products, or other services. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promos.

8. Voucher Validity: Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted unless approved by management. Unused vouchers will be forfeited and are strictly non-refundable. Vouchers are strictly non-refundable after purchase.

9. Adjustment Session: An adjustment session may be scheduled based on an assessment after the initial treatment, but not sooner than 4 weeks after the first procedure. Strictly by appointment.

10. Treatment Exclusions: The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment to clients who are pregnant, with active acne, irritation, swelling, or fresh wounds in the treatment area, clients with Psoriasis, Skin Asthma, or who have had previous nose fillers or rhinoplasty.

11. Results and Refund Policy: Results may vary based on the client’s metabolism, bone structure, swelling, and bruising. For anti-wrinkle treatments, results vary depending on skin condition and type. It is recommended to get 1-2 sessions for optimal results. Services rendered are strictly non-refundable.
