Terms and Conditions:

1. Voucher Discount: Perfect Pair ( Combo treatments for TWO) , as indicated in this voucher. See the list for promo rates. The promo is not available for walk-ins; vouchers must be pre-purchased prior to booking an appointment.

2. ​​Usage Policy: The combo package may be used by different individuals, but only one procedure per person per voucher. Sessions cannot be split between different individuals.

3. Booking and Confirmation: The clinic reserves the right to decline clients if the schedule is fully booked, the client is late for their scheduled appointment, the client has no scheduled appointment, or no voucher is presented.

4. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling after two canceled appointments will incur a penalty of ₱1,000. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment date, or the voucher will be forfeited.

5. Session Inclusion: This voucher is inclusive of 1 session for the procedure indicated in the voucher. Each session thereafter will be charged at the regular rate.

6. Voucher Transfer and Usage: Vouchers can be transferred to another person but cannot be shared, converted to cash, discounts, products, or other services. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promos.

7. Voucher Validity: Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted unless approved by management. Unused vouchers will be forfeited and are strictly non-refundable.Vouchers are strictly non-refundable after purchase.

8. Next Session: The next session may be scheduled depending on assessment after the initial treatment, but not sooner than 2 weeks after the first procedure, or as needed. Strictly by appointment.

9. Treatment Exclusions: The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment to clients who are pregnan, with active acne, irritation, swelling, or fresh wounds in the treatment area, clients with Psoriasis, Skin Asthma, or pre-existing medical conditions.

10. Results and Refund Policy: Results vary based on the client’s skin type, current skin condition, and skin regimen. It is recommended to undergo 2-4 sessions on average for best results, depending on individual factors. Services rendered are strictly non-refundable.

11. Acceptance of Terms: Upon payment, you accept all the terms and conditions outlined in this voucher.
